“香饼”在安顺是一种具有百年历史的传统食品。早期这道糕点又因形状像马蹄，而被称为马蹄酥，后来因烤制此饼时，会散发阵阵诱人香味，因此后来在马来西亚被称为“香饼”。老字号新源珍自1959年成立以来，拥有丰富的烘焙经验，特制出酥脆和状纹理的饼皮而内陷是以麦芽糖为主，饼皮上还撒了芝麻，开袋即释放芝麻原香，好味道源自于好原料。独此一味，美味一直在延续。
