password?” section and your password will be emailed to your registered email address.
Is it necessary to register as a member?
Yes. If you are not a member, you will not enjoy the online shopping. Sorry for any inconvenience. SGT Food sincerely invites you to join us!
I want to change my registered information (address or name etc)
Please log in and click the “Account” button to view your information. Please enter your new information in the fields that require updating.
Can I change my password as often as I like?
Please log in and click the “Account” button > Account details and you can change your password as often as you like on the displayed screen.
Can I register again with the same email address I used before?
You cannot register more than once with the same email address. Even if you delete your account, you cannot re-use that same email address to re-register.
I’ve registered but I haven’t received my confirmation email yet. How can I complete registration?
You may have entered your email address incorrectly when you registered. Please check the fields and try again.

How do I order SGT Food online?

Just follow these simple steps:
a.Register an account as a member or Sign In(Include ID & Pword” & “Online Order” at
b.Choose the desire item(s) add in shopping cart
c.Go to order summary confirm your order
d.Checkout, and fill up shipping information (No PO Box)
e.Choose the payment method
f.Apply if any promotion/voucher code or credit
g.Check out order and make payment
h.Receive order confirmation by mail

I want to check the status of my order
Log in and then click the “My Order” button. There will show your consignment note number attached (with link)
I want to check if my order was successful or not
Through the “Order Confirmation” email sent by us to your registered email address.  If you do not receive this email, please contact us at stating your Member ID, Order ID and name.
I want to change the shipping address
If you contact us before shipping, we can change the delivery address. Please contact or 05-6221515 .
Can I change and cancel my order
Due to our products being perishable food items, we regret to inform that all orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Kindly ensure that you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.


What are the available methods of payment?
For Payment via (Malaysia only):

  • Manual Banking (ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit)
  • Internet Banking (Online Bank Transfer / Interbank Transfer, Credit Card)

Please send an email to or Whatsapp +6012588 5239 to inform regarding your successful payment. Payment details (bank in receipt) must provide and order ID.

*Note: Please make your payment within 48hours once your order has been confirmed. If you’re making a cash deposit payment and have to pay a round figure, we will return your change via cash in your parcel or via online banking.

Can I pay for my items cash on delivery?
At present we do not accept cash on delivery payment.
What currency will I ultimately have to pay with?
The currency for payment will be Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).


How do you ship orders?
We send your items by courier service GDEX or CITY-LINK.
How long is the wait?

Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3days for West Malaysia and 5-7days for East Malaysia after order confirmation. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, public holidays, or items out of stock.

Can I ship items to multiple shipping addresses?
We are very sorry, but you can only specify one address per order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses, you have to order separately for each address. However, please be reminded that you will be charged shipping and handling fees for each order.
Can you ship out items from a single order in multiple packages?
Normally, we package purchased items per order, so we cannot send out items in multiple packages. However, in the case of a high-quantity order, it may be shipped out in multiple packages. We reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one.
How much is the shipping fee?

For West Malaysia:



  • Purchase less than RM49.99 = RM10 per courier
  • Purchase at RM50 – RM99.90 = RM 5 per courier
  • Purchase at RM100 & Above = Free Shipping

For East Malaysia: The size of the goods(Packing is included) is Length x Width x Height(cm) ÷ 5000 > Actual Weight (kg), then we calculate its freight according to Length x Width x Height ÷ 5000

The freight is shown on below:

  • 1KG = RM11
  • 2KG = RM23
  • 3KG = RM34
  • 4KG = RM46
  • 5KG = RM57
  • 6KG = RM68
  • 7KG = RM79
  • 8KG = RM90
  • 9KG = RM100
  • 10KG = RM111

*Total weight < 1 kg, then we calculate its freight based on 1 kg.

Where is your shipping destination?
Currently we only available to ship to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
What time is the delivery schedule?
Orders are dispatched for delivery between 9.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.

Membership Program

What is the SGT membership program?
SGT membership program is a reward program that allows you to earn points, redeem vouchers, and receive member online promotions and birthday gifts.
How do I earn reward points?
First you will have to sign up as a basic member in order to be eligible for this membership program, then each of your purchases will enable you to collect the amount of points according to your membership status (Basic, Silver, or Gold).

*Points will be credited into your SGT Food account once your order status is being shown as ‘delivered’.

What can I do with the earned points?
Points can be redeemed in your checkout at the conversion rate of 500 points = RM10. Points must be redeemed in minimum blocks of 500points for each RM10 voucher.
Do I need to pay a fee to join the SGT membership program?
No, anyone is free to join just by signing up as a member on our company official website.
How do I check my points balance?
To view your reward point balance online, simply log into your SGT Food online account, and then click on the “My Account” tab. Your point history will appear on the main screen.
Will my accumulated points expire?
Yes, your accumulated points will expire after 12months (with notice) from the accumulated date.
How do I get my birthday reward discounts?
During your birthday month, you are entitled for a birthday voucher discount (% according to your membership level), which is only valid for one time use during that birthday month itself. The birthday discount code will be emailed to you on the 1st day of your birthday month, and it will expire after that month. Simply key in the birthday discount code during checkout.
What happens to my points when I return items?
The supposedly earned points will be forfeited from your account when the purchase item is being returned.
If I have more than one membership accounts, can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
No, points earned by different SGT membership accounts cannot be combined.
How do I get my birthday gift?
Only Gold members are eligible to redeem one mystery birthday gift per year during their birthday month. SGT Food will deliver your birthday gift to you during your birthday month.

Return Policy

What is the return/exchange/refund policy?
  1. If you received defective or incorrect items, we have a 7-day return/exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:Item must be returned securely packaged, wrapped, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable. We reserve the right to reject any requests for product return, exchange, or refund if the conditions and grounds are deemed unreasonable to us.

Step 1: Please check the validity of returns policy on the above.

Step 2: Email us at or contact us at 05-6221515(office) / 012-5885239(HP/whatsapp) describing your order number and complaint (accompanied by picture) of the affected item(s). Authorization will be granted or not, depending on thorough investigation and inspection on the subject item(s)/complaint.

Step 3: If the return is being authorized, we will contact you by phone/email/whatsapp for the instructions on how to return it. You will have to bear the shipping fee to send the item(s) to us first. Please keep the shipping fee receipt and email/whatsapp it to us because we will refund the product return shipping fee in full to you if the exchange/refund is granted.

Step 4: After receiving the returned item(s), we will further inspect it as a final verification step. Once approved, we will contact you to arrange the exchange/refund of the items to you.

What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
We do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.
